We know that with the unpredictability of life, it is challenging to commit to a weekly class for yourself. At Art in Motion PGH, we want you to have the ability to drop-in on a Saturday afternoon when you do find the time!
We have created a mini-workshop series that features 4 different adult classes per month on Saturdays at 1pm. You can take all of them or even one of them as your schedule allows.
1st Saturday of every month: Sambaton – Carnaval Class with Luciana
all levels, is a high energy workout with rhythms of Brazilian Samba MIXED with reggaeton dance and music with the smooth combinations of jazz dance! Shake your hips, feel sassy, and tone your body while having fun with us!
2nd Saturday of every month : Stands Fusion with Sheryland
is a sassy, beginner-friendly, low-impact, variable cardio dance class with movements based in the style of band auxiliary-style dance teams in American Historically Black High Schools and Colleges. Think, Beyonce’s Homecoming! In this class, you’ll only need a moderate amount of space. There are many variations available to accommodate different abilities and levels of cardio.
3rd Saturday of every month: Hip Hop with Simon
Feel the beat. Feel the movement. Feel yourself as you dive into the hip hop culture. While exploring various steps, styles, and rhythms, this new class is all about Attitude!
4th Saturday of every month : Chair Sass class with Bella
Is a fun and energetic combining Jazz and Modern dance while using a chair.
This style of dance will help you build body confidence while feeling fierce and sassy.
Bella will teach you how to move safely on the chair with these easy but affective moves.
