Family Yoga – Free January 29th

Family Yoga | Saturday, January 29th at 10am

Join Bailey for an all ages family friendly yoga class designed for the whole family to find center together!

Classes are trauma-informed with a focus on fun, mindfulness, and being kind to our bodies.

  • Adults, come to let go of the ego and be inspired by young yogis.
  • Teens, come explore the grounding practice of yoga and mindfulness in a nonjudgmental environment.
  • Kids, come have fun and learn how your breath and body can work to keep you calm and focused!

Each class will include a guided, developmentally appropriate flow, a yoga game, and a guided “yoga nap” before we take our mindfulness off the mat and into our lives!

Bailey is an ERYT at the 200 hour level and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider with over 7 years of experience teaching yoga to ages 3 and up in many environments.
