Not your traditional therapist, never the same class twice – Shanti & Sunshine Wellness is your unicorn of healing

Bailey is a licensed therapist, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200), Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) and HoopYogini Certified Instructor and Mentor as well as someone with lived experience as a trauma survivor. Bailey is also currently licensed as an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC) out of Utah with full licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in PA. Bailey understands firsthand how messy and scary healing can be and aims to make the process fun, creative, and empowering no matter what she is leading. Bailey is LGBTQIA+ affirming and trained to work with kids and teens. Bailey believes that we have the power within ourselves to know what we need to heal, and sometimes this gets lost in the noise and chaos around us. A bit of guidance, unconditional acceptance, nonjudgment, and viewing the whole person as opposed to the current problem are ingredients to Bailey’s practice as a therapist and movement instructor.
